  • Within 14 days: For first-time credit purchases if you haven't used any credits
  • Technical issues: If technical problems prevent you from accessing or using purchased credits (verified by our support team)
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
  • Service termination: If Chatopia permanently discontinues a service you purchased credits for

Note: Credits that have been partially or fully used are generally not eligible for refund unless there's a verified technical issue.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been partially or fully used
  • Promotional or discounted credit packages
  • Free trial credits (which have no monetary value)
  • Expired credits (credits expire 12 months after purchase)

  • You will continue to have access to your subscription features until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
