Ensure your prompt follows our content guidelines. Some prompts may be filtered for safety reasons.

Credits not appearing

Credit purchases may take a few minutes to process. If credits don't appear after 10 minutes, contact support.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from your account settings:

  • View your current plan and billing details
  • Update payment information
  • Cancel your subscription (takes effect at the end of the billing period)
  • View purchase history and invoices
